Introduction

Polyester Spunbond Non Woven Fabric are made from 100% polyester chips,after the polymer is extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, and the fiber net is then bonded by itself, thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement methods, so that the fiber net becomes a non woven fabric.

Manufacturing Process Of Polyester Spunbond Non Woven Fabric

Processed polyester chips–big screw stem,high temperature melting–filters–metering pump (dosing)–spinning(spinning entrance tensile pumping up and down)– cooling–air traction–net curtain into net–up and down roller (pre-reinforcement)–hot rolling mill (reinforced)–winding–down cloth cutting–weighing and packing–finished product warehouse.

*Packaging: cable wrapping cloth, handbag, container bag, flower materials
