Properties Of PP Non Woven Geotextile

 *Separation

The aim of the separation function is keeping two soils with different granulometric composition separated,without preventing water circulation.In the construction of roads and paved areas,when the geotextile is placed between the subgrade and the filling material,it prevents the construction between the layers.

*Filtration

The geotextile acts as a filter preventing the migration of the fine particles of the subgrade and allowing the water to flow out through the surface of the geotextile itself.

*Reinforcement

The geotextile protects the geomembrane against mechanical punctures in all the waterproofing systems as tunnels,landfills,ponds,flat roofs.
