Manufacturing Process Of PP Spunbond Non Woven Fabric

Polymer material (polypropylene chips)–big screw stem,high temperature melting–filters–metering pump (dosing)–spinning(spinning entrance tensile pumping up and down)– cooling–air traction–net curtain into net–up and down roller (pre-reinforcement)–hot rolling mill (reinforced)–winding–down cloth cutting–weighing and packing–finished product warehouse. 

Application Of PP Spunbond Non Woven Fabric

*Medical and health field: PP spunbond non woven cloth can be used to make surgical clothing, protective clothing, disinfectant bag cloth, masks, diapers, sanitary napkins, medical gaskets, medical gauze and other medical supplies, its waterproof, breathable, antibacterial characteristics for medical care to provide convenience.
