Lianyi® PP Geogrid is a new type of geosynthetic specially designed for soil reinforcement and stabilization,retaining wall and slope protection.They are manufactured by using different grads of polypropylene (PP) and produced using an extrusion and stretching that yields geogrid with highly increased tensile properties in one direction,two directions or three directions.
1.PP Biaxial Geogrid is manufactured of polypropylene (PP),it’s single layer regular grid structures formed by the process of extruding,punching,heating,longitudinal stretching and transverse stretching.It has high flexural rigidity and high tensile modulus in relation to the material being reinforced to has high continuity of tensile strength through all ribs and junctions of the grid structures.The Main types:15-15kN/m,20-20kN/m,30-30kN/m,40-40kN/m,50-50kN/m,BX1100,BX1200.The mesh size:33*33mm,36*36mm,39*39mm,25*33mm,65*65mm.The roll size: 1*50m,2*50m,2.5*50m,3*50m,3.95*100m,5*50m,5.95*50m.
2.PP Uniaxial Geogrid is manufactured by a process of extruding,punching,heating and longitudinal stretching.It is made of polypropylene (PP) and chemically insert,unaffected by the UV. Rays and fully resistant to aging in the soil reinforcement.The tensile strength range from 35kN/m to 300kN/m,the roll size: 1*50m,2*50m,2.95*50m.
3.PP Triaxial Geogrid is manufactured from a punched polypropylene sheet that is used to form hexagonal structures with triangular apertures to effectively confine and interlock aggregate particles. The polypropylene sheet oriented in multiple,equilateral directions to form its triangular apertures,, resulting in high radial stiffness throughout the full 360 degrees. This feature yields a more efficient product that delivers optimal in-service stress transfer from the aggregate to the stabilizing geogrid. The Main types:TX130,TX140,TX150,TX160,TX190,TX5,TX7.The roll size: 3.95*50m.
