Lianyi® Uniaxial Geogrid is a new type of geosynthetic specially designed for retaining wall,soil reinforcement and slope protection.They are typically made from polypropylene (PP),HDPE(high-density polyethylene),fiberglass yarns or polyester yarns and are characterized by their unique structural properties.
- PP Uniaxial Geogrid is made of polypropylene (PP),in the manufacturing process,the perforated plate is stretched in one direction,resulting in the final product’s rigidity and strength of 35kN/m to 300kN/m,depending on the geogrid type.
- HDPE Uniaxial Geogrid is produced from High Density Polyethylene(HDPE) using an extrusion and stretching method that yields geogrid with highly increased tensile properties in one direction only. The tensile strength range from 40kN/m to 200kN/m.
3.Fiberglass Uniaxial Geogrid is made of high performance E-glass fiberglass yarns,impregnated with bitumenious polymer to protect glassfiber gird and provide mesh dimensional stability.It’s specially designed to prevent reflective cracking and reinforce asphalt pavements,providing strength and rigidity in a high strength glass grid.The Main types:50-30kN/m,60-30kN/m,80-30kN/m,100-50kN/m,100-200kN/m,120-200kN/m,150-30kN/m,200-100kN/m.The mesh size:12.7*12.7mm,25.4*25.4mm,40*40mm,50*50mm.The roll size: 1*100m,2*100m,2.5*100m,3*100m,3.95*100m,5*100m,5.95*100m.
